03  Money flow

How the money moves

One launch sets everything up. After that the treasury claims the creator fees, funds the wallets and pays you.

Owner
Your wallet

Signs the launch. The only place ETH ever leaves a maker to.

launch: create, dev buy, fee recipient, fund
↑ payouts: your share of fees and profit
Treasury
The maker's treasury

Holds capital and what it owes you. Claims its own creator fees from Pons.

fund up to the allocation, split evenly
↑ harvest profit, return unused ETH
1–10 wallets
Trading wallets

Each keeps its own book and lines. All listed publicly.

buy dips under their reference
↑ sell rises over their entry
Pons
The coin's market

Pons bonding curve, then its Uniswap v4 pool after graduation.

Fees · Every trade on a coin launched here pays its creator fee to the maker's treasury, set as the coin's fee recipient on Pons at launch. Of each claim, 80% goes to the maker and 20% to Makers.
Your share · You choose how much of each claim stays in the maker and how much of each profit is reinvested. The rest is payable to you.
Losses · A loss stays with the maker's capital. It is never taken from what you are owed, and nothing tops it up.
04  Settings

Start from a preset. Change anything later.

Pick a preset at launch, then tune every number from your dashboard. The owner wallet is the only one that can.

Every setting, changeable after launch
Each change takes effect within one engine pass and is logged publicly.

05  Rules

The rules

Built in, not optional.

01No wash trading

A maker's wallets never trade against each other: none buys within a minute (or its cooldown) of another selling, and the reverse. This is enforced by the engine, not a setting.

02Every wallet is public

The treasury and every trading wallet are listed on the maker's page, with every trade, claim, transfer and settings change, each linked to the chain.

03Only the owner steers

Settings, pauses and withdrawals belong to the wallet that created the maker. ETH and tokens only ever leave a maker to that wallet.

04It can lose money

A maker buys dips that can keep dipping. Stop-losses, exposure and spending limits cap the damage; nothing removes it. Never fund one with ETH you need.

Launch with a maker, or add one to a coin you hold.

A launch takes your wallet's signatures. Adding a maker takes a deposit. Both can lose money.
